Ok, it's true what you're saying.
ReplyDeleteBut I have to admit that before my experiencie with Customer support outsourcing, I used to think the same way that you do.
For me it was great, one of the best decisions I ever made. Everything became much easier.
But I cant deny that it may not work, it depends on the person and on the company.
